ART AGM 2022

The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at 10.30 on Saturday 5 March 2022. The event will be hosted on Zoom and is open to all ART Members.

If you wish to attend, you will need to login to the Events website and then register for the AGM. Joining details will be sent out nearer to the meeting date.

Members are asked to arrive by 10.25 and the meeting will commence at 10.30 with the Chairman’s Review. It is anticipated that the meeting will conclude by 11.15.

Notice of motions, items of other business and nominations to the Management Committee should be sent to Paul Flavell, the Secretary, by Friday 25 February 2022. Please note that only Full Members and Tutors of the Association are entitled to vote at the meeting.

The agenda and papers for the meeting will be made available by 11 February 2022. If you register for the AGM before the papers are available, they will be emailed to you when they are published.

After the AGM, there will be a presentation entitled ‘2022 – Ringing Recovery’ by Lesley Belcher (ART Chair) and Simon Linford (President CCCBR). You will need to book for this event separately.
