We are delighted to welcome Chris Enzor as an ART Trustee.
Chris learnt to ring when aged about 8, had his first experience of teaching in his early teens and has been teaching ringing since. He met his wife Anthea through ringing and his two children are also active ringers. He rings a few peals, mainly on handbells latterly, and also rings quite a lot of quarter peals, many of which he conducts.
Chris found he learned a great deal from the ART courses he has been on and is a strong supporter of ART. In early 2020 he set up a teaching hub and both he and the other teachers are thoroughly enjoying teaching as a team and also find they are learning a lot from each other. Outside ringing, he retired as a Chief Crown Prosecutor and now works occasionally as a tribunal judge. He and Anthea live near Darlington with their very energetic labrador, Poppy.
