Exciting from the start! Great having the course at my local tower but I would have been willing to travel. Thank you to Neil for giving his time & making the journey to Sprotbrough.

Excellent venue for the course. Cosy & comfortable with tea facilities helping the course run smoothly.

On arrival we were given name badges which were already prepared & makes you feel welcomed. Helps for everyone to get to know each other.

Folders were prepared with our names on & the contents were of high quality & very informative giving details of the day course, teaching tips & logbooks. They are all clear & easy to understand. Very colourful & interesting.

The course itself was broken down into small sections with breaks for coffee in between the teaching sessions & hands on experience in the local tower. The planning of this & timings were perfect.

The Module 1 itself was presented on a large screen very easy to follow & well presented by Neil who answered any questions fully. The course content wasn't too long & broken down into sections so kept everyone interested. The quality of the software was used was excellent.

Useful to know we can purchase items from the course & I'm sure new recruits will enjoy having the Ringers Personal Progress Logbook to monitor how they are doing.
